In order to have lunch all the conference participants together, we have arranged lunch to be included in the price of the room.

Normal Fees 250€

Discounted Fees: 100€ (Invited only)

Student Fees:   50€

Deadline for Oral Presentation submission: 31st July 2023

Deadline for Poster submission: 1st September 2023

*Each room will be additionally charged with 1.5€ of tax payable at the checkout.  

(the above prices include part of the registration fees: the welcome drinks, lunch, coffee breaks and use of the conference room)

Single Room (inc. Lunch and Breakfast) 89€

Double Room (inc. Lunch and Breakfast) 112€ (56€ per Person) 

Additional tax +1.5€ per day 

Lunch 14€ (per day) - this is optional and you can pay this directly to the hotel reception in case you do not stay at the hotel and you still wish to have lunch with the rest of the delegates.

Participants are free to select different accomodation. In this case, lunches should be paid separately at Danae Hotel in case that a participant wants to have lunch on the conference venue.
