In order to have lunch all the conference participants together, we have arranged lunch to be included in the price of the room.

Normal Fees: 250€
Discounted Fees: 100€ (invited only)
Student Fees: 50€
Deadline for Oral Presentation submission: 31st July 2024

Lunch 16€ (per day) - this is optional and you can pay this directly to the hotel reception in case you do not stay at the hotel and you still wish to have lunch with the rest of the delegates.
Participants are free to select different accommodations. In this case, if a participant wants to have lunch on the conference venue, the lunches should be paid separately at Danae Hotel.
