Early-bird registration fees (until 31 May 2026)​

• Regular fees: 250€

• Discounted fees: 100€ (invited only)

• Student fees: 50€

The registration fees covers the welcome drinks, coffee breaks, and access to the conference facilities.

Hotel fees & accommodation expenses at Danae hotel

To facilitate joint lunches for all conference participants, lunch has been arranged to be included in the room price.

Prices before and after the conference's dates

The following prices are available only by calling the hotel at +30 22970 22424 or +30 22970 22425, and only for guests who have already booked a room for the conference.​

​Lunch during the conference

 

Lunch (17€ per day) is optional. Participants may choose any accommodation they prefer; however, if they wish to have lunch at the conference venue, they can pay the daily lunch fee directly at the Danae hotel reception.​​​​​​​​
